Legal but Wrong: Concerning the L,G,B,T,Q, etc.

First of all, you are what you are

As we have already seen in Genesis 1 and 2, man and woman were created as just that: man and woman, male and female. 
"So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them."
While I have heard many people argue that they have the right to choose what gender they wish, and that it is perfectly natural and moral to do so, these people are merely deceiving themselves. Men and women were created to be the sex and gender that they are, and no surgery, haircut, hormonal supplement, or body alteration can change one's gender.

Homosexuality

The definition of homosexuality, according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary is:  

1 :  sexual attraction or the tendency to direct sexual desire toward another of the same sex :  the quality or state of being homosexual

2 :  sexual activity with another of the same sex

The Bible has absolutely no shortage of information on this subject. Leviticus 18 and 20 starts off with a huge list of forbidden sexual sins, and includes homosexuality:
"'Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.'" Leviticus 18:22
"'If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.'" Leviticus 20:13
In Genesis 18:16-19:29, we find the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, the infamous "sin-cities" where sexual immorality was prevalent.

The sin of the people was so grievous that God sought to destroy them completely. Abraham pleaded so spare the righteous in the cities, and so God answered that if ten righteous people could be found he would spare the cities from destruction.

God's messengers found only a small group of righteous people in the city, and that was Lot and his family.
"The two men said to Lot, "Do you have anyone else here - sons-in-law, sons or daughters, or anyone else in the city who belongs to you? Get them out of here, because we are going to destroy this place. The outcry to the Lord against its people is so great he has sent us to destroy it." Genesis 19:12-13
Lot and his family escape the city and its immoral people, and flee to a small town called Zoar.
"By the time Lot reached Zoar, the sun had risen over the land. Then the Lord rained down burning sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah - from the Lord out of the heavens. Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, destroying all those living in the cities - and also the vegetation in the land." Genesis 19:23-25
  So homosexuality is such an immorality that God destroyed two entire cities. 

There are other passages in the Bible that discuss sexual immorality and their consequences. Paul, in Galations, talks about the acts of the flesh and their conflict with morality:
 "The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God." Galatians 5:19-21
 He also talks similarly about this to the Colossians:
"Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming." Colossians 3:5-6
Now, while God's judgment of the act of homosexuality and other types of sexual immorality are clear, our roles as Christians are much different. It is not our place to proclaim judgment upon those who turn away from His law. We are all sinners, so it's like pointing out the speck in someone's eye but ignoring the plank in one's own. Rather, it is our job to demonstrate God's love rather than turning someone away or condemning someone because of their immorality. 
"You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly....God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him!" Romans 5:6;8-9
 While God is the ultimate Judge, and he alone will determine the salvation of these people. It is entirely possible to disagree with these people, and yet love them as Christ does, because love opens the door for hearts to be changed.

"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." 1 Peter 4:8

Abortion: Murdur of the Unborn

It is against the law to murder. That much is indisputable. It is even one of the Ten Commandments: "You shall not murder." Exodus 20: 13 And also in Matthew 5: "You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.'" Matthew 5:21 And in Leviticus 24: "Anyone who takes the life of a human being is to be put to death." Leviticus 24:17  And yet approximately 125,000 innocent children are killed worldwide every day.
